Mr. Ruff has over 15 years of experience providing environmental and industrial hygiene services to both industry
and government. This experience includes providing consultation to several large private companies, EPA,
and military installations. He has conducted over 200 environmental and OSHA audits for the United States
Air Force. Mr. Ruff has set-up training programs for Air Force bases in Hazard Communication, Respiratory
Protection, and Asbestos Awareness. He has conducted numerous industrial hygiene sampling and indoor air
quality studies. Over the last several years Mr. Ruff has been working closely with the State Civil Support
Team (CST) to develop programs and procedures to respond to a terrorist attack involving nuclear, chemical, or biological
agents. He is also active in assisting businesses with specialized training and education to aid in anti-terrorism
and emergency response initiatives and instructs on these topics at several colleges and universities.
