Mr. Cramer has over 15 years
of experience working in the environmental compliance field for both government and private corporations. He
has extensive knowledge and expertise in hazardous waste management, material control, environmental permitting, and pollution
prevention (P2), resulting in new P2 initiatives being implemented nationwide. He currently lectures for
several prominent colleges and universities, focusing on indoor air quality issues and environmental regulatory compliance.
Mr. Cramer has also overseen and conducted numerous Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments involving many
different types of real property transactions. He has supervised the closure and cleanup of many
contaminated UST and RCRA sites, and is actively involved with site remediation and abatement involving asbestos and mold.
Mr. Cramer is the Lead Project Manager for mold inspections and abatement planning for CEI. He as
been directly involved with mold inspections and mitigation ever since this problem first materialized in the late 1990’s.
Mr. Cramer also actively serves as an expert witness for indoor air quality and mold related claims.
